What's New
This Month
A new homepage and the Find My Fix tool, warranty registration moves online, Estimator V3 ships, EnviroDocs opens for beta, and OxyPrep goes Double Strength.
Warranty Program
Warranty Registration Moves to the Web
We're gradually moving all warranty registrations to the website. Instead of chasing paperwork after the job closes, you register online while you're still on site: the system you installed, the products used, your photos, and the customer's details. The warranty is on file from day one and the homeowner gets their documentation without waiting on us.

A New Homepage, and a New Way to Find What You Need
EnviroguardDirect.com has a new homepage. Cleaner, faster to get around, and built so you land on what you actually came for instead of hunting through the menu.
Rolling out alongside it is Find My Fix. It works like a short quiz: tell it what you're up against, and it points you to the fix. Three steps, starting with one question — what are you trying to solve today? — and ending with products, a way to find a certified pro nearby, and a link into the Job Estimator to price it.
Find My Fix
Name the Problem
Mold, water, fire and smoke, odor, waterproofing, moisture, biohazard — pick the one in front of you.
Find My Fix
Get Matched
It returns the products and systems built for that job, instead of a catalog you have to sort through yourself.
Find My Fix
Take the Next Step
Price the job in the Estimator, find a Certified Firm nearby, or back up and look at a different approach.

Estimator Version 3 Is Live
We just released Version 3 of the Job Estimator. Two whole trades are new in this build: Foundation Waterproofing and Roofing Systems. If you're quoting either one, you no longer have to price it off to the side and paste it back in.
V3 also gives you more flexibility in how you make your selections, so the estimate can follow the job instead of forcing the job to match a fixed path. It's free, and it lives right on the site.
This Month's Focus
EnviroDocs Is Open for Beta
EnviroDocs is our new sharing platform — one place for every document you need to pull on a job site or in a customer's kitchen. SDS, TDS, and labels. Procedural guides. Sales support material. Digital and print marketing collateral. All of it, current, in one spot.
It's in beta right now. Get in early, use it on real jobs, and tell us what's missing or what's hard to find. That feedback is the point of a beta.
SDS, TDS & Labels
Safety data sheets, technical data sheets, and current product labels for every Enviroguard product. Pull the current revision instead of the one saved in somebody's truck.
Use it for: Site safety files, inspections, submittals.
Procedural Guides
Step-by-step procedures for the systems you install and the processes you run. How it's supposed to be done, in the order it's supposed to be done.
Use it for: Crew training and job setup.
Sales Support Material
Assessment guides, inspection templates, and the material that backs up your scope when the customer or the adjuster asks why.
Use it for: In-home presentations and estimate defense.
Digital & Print Collateral
Brochures, one-pagers, and social content ready to go out under your name. Print it or post it.
Use it for: Lead generation and leave-behinds.

OxyPrep, Now in Double Strength
Instant mold stain remover and powerful pre-treatment. OxyPrep™ removes mold stains quickly without scrubbing, sanding, or media blasting — less mess, and less risk of cross-contamination.
Now you choose. Standard for routine remediation, Double Strength for heavy, embedded staining. Both are ready to use straight from the jug: no mixing, no measuring, no water to manage.
Standard
Routine Remediation
The OxyPrep you already know. The right call for typical surface staining and everyday remediation work.
New · Double Strength
Heavy, Embedded Staining
Twice the strength of original OxyPrep, as manufactured. Lifts surface stains in a single pass on most substrates, and cuts embedded staining that used to take a second application.
Growth Opportunity
Moisture Control Is a Direct Fit With Mold Work
If you're already doing mold remediation, foundation waterproofing isn't a different business — it's the next conversation. You're already in the crawl space. You've already found the source. Fixing the water is what keeps the mold from coming back, and it's the difference between a job and a callback.
We have a couple of waterproofing jobs in progress right now. When you see the same conditions in your market, you'll know what you're looking at, and you'll know there's a system and a warranty behind it.
What to look for
Mold That Came Back
You remediated it and it returned. The spores were never the problem — the water source was, and nobody addressed it.
Phoenix System 2 or 2+What to look for
Efflorescence on Block
White mineral bloom and dark staining low on the wall. Water is moving through the masonry and leaving minerals behind as it evaporates.
MasonryGuard or Phoenix InteriorWhat to look for
Standing Water in the Crawl
Wet soil, standing water, hydrostatic pressure at the footing. A coating alone won't hold it — this one needs drainage.
Phoenix System 2+ or 3Product Update
MasonryGuard & EnviroSeal
Two of the products behind your waterproofing work get updates this month. Here's a refresher on where each one fits and what it does on the job.
MasonryGuard
Updated · Interior Coating
Our interior cementitious coating for negative-side waterproofing. Brushed or sprayed onto below-grade masonry and concrete, it seals out moisture and vapor with no excavation, the essential first step in the Phoenix waterproofing lineup.
Learn More →EnviroSeal
Updated · Densifier
Our penetrating silicate densifier. It reacts with the slab to harden and tighten the pore structure, locking down dust and strengthening the surface before any coating goes on. Re-densifying is maintenance, not remediation.

The EXTRACTOR: Dry, Wet, and HEPA
The EXTRACTOR launched several weeks ago and customers have been happy with it. It's more than a vacuum — it's the heart of the REACT|EXTRACT (RE) system, our approach to running a clean, contained remediation job from outside the work area. One unit covers dry vacuuming, wet extraction, and HEPA filtration.
The unit sets up outside the space, with enough power to reach up to 100 feet into a crawl space, basement, or attic. Only the hose runs in, so the equipment clutter, and the operator, stay out of containment and the job stays clean and easy to manage. Paired with the REACTOR spray system, RE gives you one setup that handles fire, water, mold, and odor work from start to finish.

The Newest Firms in the Network
Two new firms have joined the Certified Firm network. Each one is unique in what they offer, which is exactly why they're worth knowing — a firm with a capability you don't have is a referral partner, not a competitor. If you're near one of them, reach out.
