Suitable for most construction materials including treated and untreated lumber, OSB, particle board, masonry, concrete, brick, wallboard, painted surfaces, and composites.

As a Mold Stain Remover Only

  1. Apply OxyPrep to the point of saturation.
  2. Allow a dwell time of 30 to 60 seconds.
  3. If stains remain, reapply to the targeted areas.

As Step 1 of the REACT|EXTRACT™

  1. Apply OxyPrep to the point of saturation.
  2. Allow a dwell time of 30 to 60 seconds.
  3. Neutralize with OxyPar LR or SuperPar.
  4. Allow neutralized foam to absorb the soil load for up to 5 minutes.
  5. Wet vacuum extract.
  6. Repeat if necessary.

R|E™ Fire/Water/Biohazard Cleanup

  1. Combine OxyPrep and PreClean in a 50/50 ratio.
  2. Follow R|E™ saturation, dwell time, and neutralization steps.
  3. Extract, wipe, or mop based on substrate, efficiency, and severity.

After fire remediation apply VaporLock to seal odors.
After water or biohazard cleanup apply Fortify to prevent microbial growth on the coating surface.

Exterior Surface Application

  1. Combine OxyPrep and Grease Gobbler in a 50/50 ratio.
  2. Follow R|E™ saturation, dwell time, and neutralization steps.
  3. Extract or rinse based on substrate, efficiency, and severity.

After cleaning, apply X4 for passive moisture control.

Used alone as a cleaner, OxyPrep provides an estimated 150–300 square feet of coverage per ready-to-use gallon depending on surface texture, porosity, and application method.

Estimates do not account for loss from overspray or heavy application.
