Two ways to kill an airborne odor. Trap it. Break it down.
Zeolair works on airborne odor from two directions at once — a natural zeolite matrix that captures odor molecules and excess moisture, and chlorine dioxide that destroys the compounds behind musty, sour and stale smells. No masking fragrance. No batteries. No power.
Why "dual-action" is more than a name
Most odor products pick one job: an adsorbent that soaks smells up passively, or a fragrance that covers them over. Zeolair does neither in isolation. It pairs a physical trap with an active oxidizer, so the odor is both captured and chemically taken apart.
The zeolite matrix
Natural zeolite is a crystalline mineral riddled with microscopic pores. That structure pulls odor-causing molecules and excess moisture out of the air and holds them inside the matrix — the same reason a damp, closed room feels fresher once the moisture load drops.
The chlorine dioxide
Zeolair releases chlorine dioxide (ClO2), a selective oxidizer. Because ClO2 is naturally drawn to moisture, it concentrates exactly where damp, musty smells form — condensation, drain lines, porous materials — and breaks down the odor compounds that mold, mildew and bacteria leave behind.
Odor & moisture drift in
Musty, smoky, sour and stale odors — plus the humidity that feeds them — move through the space toward the pouch.
Zeolite traps
The porous mineral captures odor molecules and pulls moisture from the air, cutting the smell at its physical source.
ClO2 follows the damp
Released chlorine dioxide travels to the wet spots where musty odors originate and oxidizes the odor compounds there.
Fresher air, no fragrance
Cleaner-smelling air from odor removed and destroyed — not perfumed over. Nothing to flag on a walkthrough.
Capture and destroy beats mask and power
Odor control usually means one of three things: an air freshener that hides the smell, a powered device that needs electricity and care, or a passive adsorbent. Here's the honest breakdown of where Zeolair sits.

Built for enclosed spaces that need to stay fresh
Anywhere air sits still and moisture builds, odor follows. Zeolair is discreet enough for a refrigerator drawer and capable enough for a loading dock — and a natural fit for public spaces where indoor air quality is part of the experience.
Public & commercial spaces
Offices, daycares, nursing homes, hotels, waiting rooms — anywhere freshness is part of the visit.
Basements & crawl spaces
Damp, mildew-prone areas where musty odor sets in.
Vehicles, RVs & boats
Closed cabins and holds that trap stale and smoke smells.
Refrigerators & cold storage
Absorbs the moisture that lets odor build in food storage.
Storage rooms & lockers
Utility areas, lockers and shipping containers.
Waste & garbage areas
Collection rooms, bins and chutes prone to strong odor.
Air ducts & ventilation
HVAC returns and ducting where damp, musty air circulates.
Smoke & rodent odor
Spaces holding smoke residue or lingering rodent smells.
Any mildew-prone room
Utility closets and damp corners that turn musty fast.
Three steps. Then leave it alone.
Peel the seal strip
Open the pouch by removing the seal strip — that's what starts it working.
Place it where the odor is
Set the pouch in the enclosed space. Use one pouch per 35–175 ft³; add more for larger areas.
Let it run continuously
Zeolair works around the clock with no power and no maintenance. Replace every 30–60 days for best results.
Replacement timing depends on conditions — airflow, humidity and odor intensity all shift how fast a pouch is used up. In damp or high-traffic spaces, plan on the shorter end of the range.

What Zeolair is — and what it isn't
Zeolair is an odor-control product. It removes and neutralizes odors — the musty, smoky, sour and stale smells that build in closed, damp spaces — and adsorbs the excess moisture that lets those odors take hold. It does this without adding any fragrance.
Because it uses real chemistry rather than perfume, the freshness comes from odor being captured and broken down at the source, not covered over. When the smell is gone, there's nothing left to smell.
Zeolair is not a disinfectant, sanitizer or pesticide. It is not EPA-registered, and isn't intended to kill, control or reduce mold, mildew, bacteria or any organism. We name those only as common sources of odor — Zeolair's job is the smell they leave behind.
If your situation calls for microbial remediation or surface disinfection, that's a different product class. Talk to the Enviroguard team and we'll point you to the right tool.
Put fresher air on autopilot
One pouch, two actions, zero upkeep. Set it where the odor is and let it work — then swap it out each month.
