  • Multi-substrate. Works on concrete, block/CMU, brick, stucco, cement board, drywall, plaster, and bare or painted wood.
  • Fast turnaround. Dries to touch in 30–60 minutes and accepts a topcoat in 1–2 hours at 68°F.
  • Water-based cleanup. Cleans up with warm, soapy water while wet.
  • System compatible. Required primer for new concrete in the Phoenix Liquid-Applied Waterproofing System.
  • Efflorescence and mineral deposit removal
  • Mortar smear and grout haze cleanup

  • General concrete and masonry cleaning
  • Surface prep before EnviroSeal, waterproofing, or other coatings
  1. Stir thoroughly before and during use.
  2. Confirm surfaces are clean, sound, dry, and free of efflorescence, dust, oils, curing compounds, and loose or peeling material.
  3. Apply a thin, uniform film by brush, roller, or airless spray. Do not over-apply or allow to puddle.
  4. Apply one coat on most substrates; apply two coats on new concrete and highly porous or chalky surfaces before topcoating.
  5. Apply between 50°F (10°C) and 100°F (38°C). Do not apply if rain or freezing temperatures are expected before the film dries.
  6. Allow to dry to touch (30–60 min @ 68°F), then recoat or topcoat (1–2 hours @ 68°F).
