As a NeatCrete Neutralizer (Step 1b)

1. Complete the NeatCrete treatment and flood rinse first. Apply pHaragent only after the acid residue is rinsed away, never before.
2. Dilute 1:15 (8 fl oz per gallon of water). Required on every wall treated with NeatCrete.
3. Apply to the full treated area and keep continuously wet; dwell 2 to 3 minutes. Do not let it dry, as a dried film blooms back as efflorescence.
4. Flood-rinse off (mandatory) until runoff is clear.
5. Confirm surface pH of 7.0 to 9.0 with a wet strip at three or more locations, including the lowest course and cove joint. Re-treat and re-read if the surface rebounds acidic.

As an Oxypar Booster

1. Mix 4 to 8 fl oz (½ to 1 cup) of pHaragent into each diluted, ready-to-use gallon of Oxypar. Stir before use.
2. Make only enough solution for each job at the time of use.

Do not combine pHaragent with NeatCrete or any acid in a container. They react vigorously and generate gas. These are sequential steps with a flood rinse between them, never a blend. Apply only when surface, air, and product temperatures are between 40°F (4°C) and 120°F (49°C).
