Mold Remediation and Water/Sewage Cleanup

1. Dilute Oxypar LC 32 oz (4 cups) into everygallon of water. Consider the addition of pHaragent Booster for achieving alkaline cleaning performance.
2. Saturate the surface being cleaned and allow to dwell on the soil and substrate so that its foaming action begins to lift and suspend dirt and debris.
3. After the foam has developed, additional agitation from a stiff nylon brush will assist in soiling and stain removal.
4. Oxypar LC will continue to lift dirt and debris as its sits on the surface being cleaned.
5. Remove gross and suspended soiling with HEPA vacuum wipe methods, rinsing or other IICRC approved methods.
6. Once cleaning is complete, full brightness and color will be restored to surfaces as drying occurs.

Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

Always test textiles and fabrics for color fastness before use.

1. Dilute Oxypar LC at 2oz/gallon for“normal” dirty carpets or 4 oz/gallon for“very” dirty carpets.
2. Spray the solution onto the carpet with a pump or powered sprayer.
3. Rake into the carpet and let dwell for 5-15minutes

After hard surface or textile cleaning, apply TouchPoint to shed water from surfaces, prevent moisture intrusion, and prevent microbial growth on the coating film.
