CleanZyme is a concentrated enzyme cleaner designed to break down organic odor sources at the molecular level. With protease and lipase enzymes, it targets proteins and fats that cause persistent odors.
Dutrion creates a powerful chlorine dioxide solution that eliminates odor causing microorganisms and neutralizes contamination. It can be applied as a liquid treatment or used as a fumigant depending on the job.

VaporLock is a professional odor sealant designed to lock in deeply embedded odors within structural materials.

Step 1 Clean
Thoroughly clean all affected surfaces prior to treatment using CleanZyme. Remove visible contamination and organic material to ensure effective odor removal.
Step 2 Sanitize
Activate Dutrion by adding Powder components A and B to clean water only. Once activated, apply using a sprayer, mop, sponge, dosing device, or immersion method. Ensure surfaces remain visibly wet for proper dwell time. Dutrion may also be deployed for full space treatment depending on odor conditions.
Step 3 Control
After treatment and drying, apply VaporLock to seal porous materials and prevent odor from returning. Use White for priming or Clear to maintain surface appearance.
