Neutralization Remediation Systems
REACT|EXTRACT™ is a remediation system designed to clean, neutralize, and restore contaminated surfaces. The system uses a controlled neutralization reaction that breaks down staining while lifting and suspending contaminants so they can be safely extracted. Odor Removal & Sanitization Systems
Dutrion is a stabilized chlorine dioxide system that eliminates odors at the molecular level while delivering true broad-spectrum sanitization in as little as 1-minute. When activated, it penetrates porous materials, airspace, and hard-to-reach areas where microbes and odor hide.

Passive Moisture Control Systems

MaxGuard Passive Moisture Control Systems works uniquely as a one-way valve to moisture, allowing water vapor to escape while blocking moisture from entering surfaces. With the addition of our award-winning, non-leaching microbiocide (first developed for aquatic submersion), our coating systems are protected against mold growth.

Odor Sealing Systems
Embedded odors that tend to release over time with the seasonal expansion of building materials require an odor sealing system up to the task. VaporLock Odor Sealing Systems were developed to seal everything from pet odors that seep deep into sub-flooring and smoke odor associated with fire damaged wood structures through fuel spill odors on concrete. However, because the systems are water-based, there are no heavy fumes to contend with during use, and cleanup is fast and easy.
