Coverage

Application Methods & Coverage

For spray, mist, or directional fog, wet contact coverage ranges from 200 to 400 sq ft per gallon depending on surface texture and porosity. Follow use instructions for best results. Coverage estimates do not include losses from overspray or overuse.

For non directional fog applications, fog Botanical to 100 percent RH within the space and to the point where dew point is observable and consistent on all surfaces. Coverage will be based on initial RH and cubic footage.

Instructions

To Clean

  1. Apply to the point of saturation and run off.
  2. Allow to dwell for 15 to 60 seconds.
  3. Wipe, scrub, or extract to remove soil load.
  4. Reapply as needed.

To Treat or Deodorize

  1. Wet surfaces to the point of saturation by sprayer, fogger, mister, mop, brush, cloth, or sponge.
  2. Allow to dwell and air dry for 10 minutes at room temperature. No rinsing or additional wiping is required.

To Directionally Fog

  1. Apply Botanical directly to surfaces using a uniform, overlapping application pattern to ensure wet contact time and consistency.

To Non Directionally Fog

  1. Fog Botanical to 100 percent RH within the space and to the point where dew point is observable and consistent on all surfaces.
  2. Allow a 10 minute dwell time once 100 percent RH is reached.
  3. Use an air scrubber to evacuate the fog before resuming work.

Apply by spray, fog, and foaming methods for water damage, mold damage and fire damage remediation services.
