Coverage

Used alone as a cleaner, OxyPar LR provides 150–300 square feet of coverage per ready-to-use gallon depending on surface texture, porosity, and application method.

As Part 2 of React|Extract™ OxyPar LR will yield up to 400 ft2 per ready-to-use gallon.

Estimates do not account for loss from overspray or heavy application.

Instructions

As a Mold Stain Remover Only

Apply OxyPar LR to the point of saturation.
Allow a wet dwell time of up 5 minutes.
Wipe or extract all raised soil load from the surface.
Reapply and wipe/extract if needed.

As Step 2 of the REACT|EXTRACT™

Apply OxyPar LR (follow OxyPrep) to the point of visible neutralization (foaming is the visual indicator).
Allow a dwell time of up to 5 minutes.
Wipe or preferably vacuum extract the soil loaded foam from the surface.
Repeat if necessary.

R|E™ Fire/Water/Biohazard Cleanup

Apply OxyPar LR (follow OxyPrep) to the point of visible neutralization (foaming is the visual indicator).
Allow a dwell time of up to 5 minutes.
Extract, wipe, mop based on substrate, efficiency and severity.

After fire remediation apply VaporLock to odor seal
After water or biohazard cleanup apply Fortify prevent microbial growth on the coating surface

Exterior Surface Application

Apply OxyPar LR (follow OxyPrep) to the point of visible neutralization (foaming is the visual indicator).
Allow a dwell time of up to 5 minutes.
Extract or rinse based on substrate, efficiency and severity.

After cleaning, apply X4 for passive moisture control.
