Coverage

Suggested coverage for odor sealing alone is 320 ft2 per gallon (5 wet mils). For complete stain hiding, superior antimicrobial protection of the coating* and/or surface priming, apply at 160 ft2 per gallon (10 wet mils). Results may vary based upon surface texture, porosity, age and application method. Coverage rates do not include loss from over-spray or over-use.

Instructions

Ensure proper conditions

Work in a well ventilated area and check that the air and surface temperatures are within the paint manufacturer’s recommended range, typically between 50 to 90°F (10 to 32°C).

Color Variants

⚪ VaporLock White: An opaque white primer and stain blocker, VaporLock White is ideal for sealing smoke odors and covering alligatoring or stains on fire damaged surfaces. Compatible with both latex and oil based paints, it can also be tinted and used as a finish coat.

Seals odors from smoke, pet urine, tobacco and nicotine, marijuana, cooking, bird or animal waste, decay, mold, and musty smells.
Includes an EPA registered antimicrobial to inhibit mold and mildew growth on the coating surface.*
Applies white and dries bright white for excellent coverage and aesthetics.

🫧 VaporLock Clear: A clear, non gloss finish sealer, VaporLock Clear preserves the original surface appearance while sealing odors in situations without visible burn marks or staining. It can be applied as a top coat over existing paints and primers, latex or oil based.

Seals the same tough odors as VaporLock White.
Contains an EPA registered antimicrobial to protect the coating from mold and mildew.*
Applies white and dries clear with a low sheen finish.
