Coverage

Used alone as a cleaner, Oxypar DC provides 150–300 square feet of coverage per ready-to-use gallon depending on surface texture, porosity, and application method.

As Part 2 of React|Extract™ OxyPar DC will yield up to 400 ft2 per ready-to-use gallon.

Estimates do not account for loss from overspray or heavy application.

Instructions

As a Cleaner to Remove Moss, Algae, Lichen and Fungal Growth

Apply Oxypar DC to the point of saturation.
Allow a wet dwell time of up 30 minutes.
Rinse all raised soil load from the surface or allow the next rain to remove it for you.

As Step 2 of the REACT|EXTRACT™ for Exterior Restoration

Apply Oxypar DC (following OxyPrep) to the point of visible neutralization (foaming is the visual indicator).
Allow a dwell time of up to 5 minutes
Rinse the soil loaded foam from the surface.
Repeat if necessary.

After cleaning, apply X4 to shed water from surfaces, prevent premature material failure, and prevent freeze/thaw damage.
