Over the past month we have reviewed how to remediate according to each MSI zone. Mold Severity Indexing can be a super helpful tool to help you know what is the best solution. It also helps communicate with your customer so you have a shared language and understanding.
Knowing the MSI of different zones can also be beneficial for preserving costs. Being able to know the severity of the mold on a more in-depth level allows you to better gauge how much product and labor you are going to need to complete the job.
