1. Returns and Refund Eligibility

We will replace a product at no extra cost to the customer if:
The product arrives damaged during shipping
The product is defective
The product is incorrect due to an error on our part
For shipping damage, we may initiate a claim with the carrier. Once the claim is resolved, a refund, replacement, or store credit will be issued as applicable.

5. Return Authorization Required

6. Refund and Credit Processing
Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial. Approved refunds or store credit are processed within 7 to 10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method when applicable, otherwise as store credit.
