1. Returns and Refund Eligibility

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit, provided they meet the conditions outlined below. Return eligibility may vary by product type and location.

Certain items are not eligible for return, including final sale items, custom orders, and products related to hygiene, safety, or chemical use once opened.

To be eligible for a return or refund, items must be:

• Unused and unopened
• In original packaging
• In the same condition as received

Items returned in used, opened, altered, or damaged condition not caused by shipping or manufacturing defects may be denied.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We will replace a product at no extra cost to the customer if:

  • The product arrives damaged during shipping

  • The product is defective

  • The product is incorrect due to an error on our part

For shipping damage, we may initiate a claim with the carrier. Once the claim is resolved, a refund, replacement, or store credit will be issued as applicable.

4. Reporting an Issue

If you believe your order qualifies for a replacement or store credit:

  • Contact our customer support within 5 business days of delivery

  • Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect product

  • Our team will review your request and provide further instructions

5. Return Authorization Required

All exchanges or returns must be pre-approved by Enviroguard. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or credited.

 

6. Refund and Credit Processing

Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial. Approved refunds or store credit are processed within 7 to 10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method when applicable, otherwise as store credit.
