Knockdown™ is a concentrated control agent formulated to encapsulate and immobilize airborne and surface-borne contaminants including spores, dust, asbestos, and heavy metals until they can be safely removed.
✅ Surrounds and encapsulates contaminants, fragments and particles such as mold spores, heavy metals, asbestos and dust
✅ Drops contaminants to surfaces and locks them in place until cleaning to prevent cross-contamination
✅ During cleaning (such as the React|Extract™ Remediation System), Knockdown and the contaminants it has encapsulated are easily removed producing a cleaner environment
✅ Leaves behind no toxic or hazardous chemicals
✅ Water-based and no VOC’s
Suitable for most construction materials including treated and untreated lumber, OSB, particle board, masonry, concrete, brick, wallboard, painted surfaces, and composites. Common applications include sheathing, trusses, framing, joists, plates, beams, posts, and studs.
Knockdown is a film-forming treatment. Do not use on objects where a film is not desirable.
Coverage varies based on reaching dew point (100% RH) and Knockdown condensing on surfaces to ensure wet contact time.
