WhiteCap Base Coat from Phoenix Coatings is self-leveling roof coating that forms that base for 10-year, 20-year, or 30-year seamless resurfacing system.

With the growing number of roofing materials, elastomeric roof coating's are tasked with delivering excellent adhesion and outstanding performance nomatter the substrate. WhiteCap Base Coat is a low viscosity, self-leveling elastomeric roof coating that searches out and fills gaps, cracks and crevices inorder to provide a sound foundation for the Phoenix Liquid Applied Commercial Roof System. This state-of-the-art formula maximizes WhiteCapReinforcing Fabric adhesion and lamination strength for the WhiteCap Top Coat. And it's superior tensile strength and elongation account for it'sdurability in both cold and hot climate zones.
