Oxypar LR is a ready-to-use hydrogen peroxide cleaner that immediately penetrates, lifts and suspends soil loads and brightens surfaces for a completely clean substrate. For use on wood, composite materials, concrete, brick, stone, grout, masonry, gypsum, painted surfaces.
For surfaces with a Mold Severity Index of MSI-1 through MSI-4, performance is amplified through the synergy of the REACT/EXTRACT remediation system. In this case, pre-treat surfaces with OxyPrep (and to remove any mold staining). After a 1-2 minute dwell time, apply Oxypar LR. An exothermic reaction will occur between the two products lifting and suspending deeply embedded soil load. After a dwell time of at least 1 minute, vacuum extract surfaces.
To leave behind the freshest fragrance, add SorbAssist to OxyPrep prior to use or ULV fog SorbAssist after stain removal is complete.
