Built for Storm/Disaster Response, Fortify is a clear, concentrated mold and moisture resistant breathable sealer for the protection of structural materials. Once diluted, the water thin viscosity means it's easily used in everything from a pump sprayer to an airless sprayer so that you can complete jobs fast even when equipment supplies are running low.
 
Following floods and natural disasters, restorers are pushed beyond capacity as demands on time and labor exceed resources. The need to move quickly and meet insurance carrier and property owner demands can result in structures that don't meet industry dry standards. Fortify allows restorers to maintain pace even if structural moisture content levels are slightly higher than preferred. It's breathability allows for controlled moisture release over time while it's mold and moisture resistant fights condensation, humidity and precipitation issues that may occur prior to build back.
 
Built for the construction period from lumberyard, to framing, and through sale, Fortify is a clear, concentrated mold and moisture resistant, breathable sealer for the protection of the framed structure including sub flooring, joist systems, wall cavities and sheathing. It provides a 12 month warranty to the builder.
 
From the time that construction materials hit the lumber yard to the time that a building is dried in, the natural environment drives moisture content up. Increased moisture content on primarily wood or wood-based materials supports mold growth. The result can be increased costs to clean the materials during the construction process resulting in less net profit and potential delays. If discovered after project completion, even higher demolition, remediation and reconstruction costs are probable. Fortify, suitable for pre-construction or spray-in-place applications. It protects construction materials prior to dry-in with a breathable but mold and moisture resistant barrier.

It's made to add value and performance to your annual inspection and dehumidifier filter changes.
