TRITANIUM™ PROTECTION

Updated: Apr 9

WHAT IS TRITANIUM™?

Found in both Enviroguard Coatings and Phoenix Liquid Applied Roofing Systems, TRITANIUM™ represents convergent Antimicrobial, Ceramic, Titanium and Resin technologies that produce exception protection, durability and elasticity.

Marine-grade Antimicrobial - Protection

A non-leaching, submersible EPA registered biocide glides on the polymer strands of our coating system to offer protection to areas of greatest moisture. It's durability provides for performance longevity while also preventing against migration and contamination into the environment.

Ceramics | Titanium - Durability

A four micron suspension that maximizes abrasion resistance, heat/UV resistance, impact resistance, solar reflectivity, and dirt pickup resistance. In five-year testing of roofing applications, the technology consistently reduced surface temperatures by 35 degrees when compared with conventional polymer coatings and 85 degrees as compared with black EPDM and torch-down roofing.

Acrylastomer Resin - Elasticity

A non-VOC polymer that upon curing, aligns and forms a nano-fiber skeletal structural yielding the highest elongation strength (pulling resistance) and tensile strength (tearing resistance), found in this category. It maximizes low temperature flexibility and provides a broad range of substrate adhesion options while also allowing future re-coat for maintenance.
